Designing Foresight-Driven Enterprises.
A foresight‑driven enterprise is an organisation that builds “looking ahead” into how it runs and changes the business. It continuously scans for emerging changes, explores different future scenarios, and then uses those insights to design its strategy, operating model, and technology so it can adapt early, reduce risk, and create new opportunities before competitors.
